CYTOMORPHOLOGY OF MUCOUS MEMBRANE OF CHEEKS UNDER PERIODONTITIS MODELING AND INFLUENCE OF HYPERICUM PERFORATUM L. POLYPHENOLES

Abstract

Under periodontitis modeling in mucous membrane of mouth cavity was found loss extracellular matrix. It was in consequence of decrease in number of cell's, which can synthesize components of tissue. Preparation of Hypericum perforatum L. was increase number of collagen's fibres and their positions in tissue. It was similar to pure group. In group, which obtained preparation, extracellular matrix prevail over fibroblastes more, then in pure group.
