THE MUCOUSPROTECTIVE EFFECTS OF ANTIHYALURONIDASE PREPARATIONS IN EXPERIMENTAL II TYPE DIABETES

The held investigations have shown that at II type DM the inflammatory-dystrophic processes develop in oral mucous membrane; the growth of the level of inflammatory biochemical markers (elastase and MDA) speaks of it. One of the reasons of the development of the inflammation in oral mucous membrane at diabetes can be the misbalance in antioxidant-prooxidant systems for benefit of the last. However, that is not the only reason of the development of the inflammation in oral mucosa. The fact, that antihyaluronidase preparations have anti-inflammatory effect and reduce the permeability of the mucous membrane for the toxins microflora, points at the leading role of dysbiotic factor in the pathogenesis of the stomatological complications of diabetes mellitus. The aim of the given investigation is the comparative study of the influence of different preparations of prebiotics upon the level of inflammatory reaction and the state of antioxidant system in mucous membrane of oral cavity in rats with the experimental II type diabetes mellitus. The held investigations have shown that at DM II the inflammatory-dystrophic processes develop in mucous membrane of oral cavity; the growth of the level of biochemical markers of inflammation (elastase and MDA) speak of this phenomenon. The results of the investigations help to hope that the combination of different prebiotics can be very effective for prevention and treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus.
