RESEARCH OF FACTORS OF LOCAL IMMUNITY IN PATIENTS IN DYNAMICS OF ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT

Abstract

Application Vector-therapy in complex treatment of patients improves nonspecific resistance of an oral cavity that is expressed by increase neutrophil phagocytic activity and adsorption reaction of microorganisms by epithelial cell in a month after orthodontic treatment. The aim of the investigation is the study of the influence of Vector-therapy upon the indices of nonspecific resistance of oral cavity in the dynamics of orthodontic treatment. The complex clinical, roentgenologic and immunologic studies were held. 140 patients with deep, open, mesial and distal occlusion, individual and absolute macrodentia, adentia and overcrowding of teeth at permanent occlusion were examined for the investigation of the stomatological state.
