THE SOMATIC AND STOMATOLOGIC STATUS AT PERSONS WITH DENTIN HYPERSENSITIVITY

Abstract

The research objective consisted in studying of the stomatologic and somatic status for identification of the possible reasons of emergence of sensitivity of teeth and, first of all, the teeth tied with demineralization Materials and research methods. In researches took part 126 people suffering from a giperesteziya of teeth, aged from 16 till 67 years. Stomatologic examination conducted according to WHO recommendations. The somatic status revealed in the course of poll of patients. Results of research. At persons with a dentin hypersensitivity in 100 % of cases caries of teeth on the 2nd place – a giposalivation (43 %), then a periodontal disease with recession of a gum (31 %) and not carious defeats (29 %) was observed. Also rather high number of the patients bleaching teeth (21 %) was revealed. It was observed the cases of recession of a gum which aren't connected with diseases of a parodont (6 %) Studying of somatic pathology showed that was most of all recorded persons with diseases of allergic character (33 %), then with gastrointestinal tract diseases (26 %) and endocrine system (17 %). Thus 11 persons (9 %) pointed to existence at them frequent cases psycho - an emotional pressure, up to neurosises and a depression. Conclusion. Stomatologic and somatic diseases, besides violation of exchange processes, and, first of all, a mineralization, lead to a condition of tension of an organism and the general painful reactions.
