INFLUENCE OF MICROFLORA OF ROOT CHANNELS ON THE MICROBIC BALANCE OF THE MOUTH

The purpose of researches consisted in studying of influence of microflora of root channels of the complicated forms of caries on level of microbic growth in an oral cavity. Materials and methods. 32 persons aged from 16 till 21 year took part in researches. In the first group there were persons with a healthy oral cavity (group of comparison). Persons of the second group had teeth with the cured chronic apical periodontitis, at the 3rd group - teeth with chronic apical periodontitis which didn't treat earlier. At them studied the general he general microflora in a mouth, indicators of a chronic inflammation of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity (Schiller-Pisarev's test) and a condition of hygiene of an oral cavity. Results of researches. It is shown that the complicated forms of caries with a chronic current and the open root channel is the center of reproduction of the pathogenic microflora promoting infection of an oral cavity and increase in growth of microflora. Even after endodontic treatment the microbic balance of an oral cavity completely isn't restored. However intensity of an inflammation of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity decreased also a condition of hygiene – improved Сonclusion. The complicated caries forms with a chronic current and the open root channel are the center of reproduction of the pathogenic microflora promoting infection of an oral cavity and increase in microbic growth in an oral cavity.
