THE PECULIARITIES OF TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF DISEASES OF TEETH HARD TISSUES IN CHILDREN OF EARLY AGE WITH GENETICALLY CONDITIONED PATHOLOGY OF CONJUNCTIVE TISSUE

Abstract

The data of the investigation of the state of oral hygiene, caries intensity, the level of increase of caries intensity in children of early age simultaneous to genetically conditioned pathology of conjunctive tissue are given in the article. The level of oral hygiene was found to be bad in all age groups, the high intensity of caries was revealed, the level of increase of caries intensity is by 1.7 times higher than very high such index. The complicated forms of caries (pulpites, periodontites) are observed in children at the age of 19-36 months, removed teeth (0.25± 0.59) occur already at the age of 19-23 months, and at the age of 24-36 months these children have in average 2 removed teeth. The system of the peculiarities of treatment and prevention of diseases of teeth hard tissues in children of early age simultaneous to dysplasia of conjunctive tissue was elaborated. The peculiarities of treatment of caries of temporary teeth includes the specificities of the preparation (the preparation with dental drills Fissurotomy of firm “CC White”, gel “Caricleans” was used for the chemical elimination of the affected tissues, the delayed method of filling with the use of calcium containing paste “Calcevit”. The system of prevention includes the peculiarities of endogenous and exogenous prophylaxis; endogenous one includes diet-therapy and taking of Vitamin C according to the scheme; exogenous prophylaxis includes hermetic sealing of fissures, individual fitting of apparatus and preparations for oral hygiene, regular medical check-up.
